Helping our university customers achieve their goals is a key focus of our B&F Strategic Plan. We want everyone to feel empowered to support customers and cultivate a “say yes, how might we?” mindset. At the Shared Services Center, this concept is known as ridiculously awesome customer service, or RACS. Recently, the SSC team promoted their dedication to customer service through a week-long celebration that included daily games, snacks and recognition activities. Congratulations to everyone at the SSC for making RACS a way of life – YOU FOLKS ROCK (in this case, literally)!!
And speaking of awesome service, I want to encourage you to read the recent Record article about the university’s endowment – it’s grown by $1 billion over the last year! Please join me in applauding our colleagues in the Investment Office for their amazing work to steward the endowment (now at $11.9 billion!) and producing a rate of return on investments that is near the top among all university endowments. YOU FOLKS ROCK, TOO!!
