As much of the campus continues to work remotely, I remain impressed by the ways our B&F teams have quickly adapted their services and found creative solutions to meet customer needs. One great example is the service ingenuity happening at the Shared Services Center (SSC). Since March, the SSC teams have moved customer onboarding sessions into on-demand videos, they’ve switched university suppliers from paper to electronic invoicing processes, and they’ve created new procedures so employees can submit benefits and other HR forms securely via MBox and avoid the need to find fax machines. Thank you to the SSC and to all the B&F teams who are adjusting their work to support our campus community.
