As we juggle work and life (for some of us, in the same physical space!), taking care of yourself is more important than ever. Next Thursday, October 1, the UHR MHealthy team will host an all-virtual version of its annual Be Well at the Big House. They are offering more than 20 quick sessions that cover a wide range of topics – from exercise and relaxation to family well-being. You can learn more about the event and how to register on our website. We are so lucky to have the MHealthy team taking care of our campus community.
Our colleagues in Finance’s Sponsored Programs teams recently kicked off their annual “busy-season,” at a virtual event. Over the next four months, the department will process 2,128 research grant reports – a critical component of the work they do to support the university’s $1.5 billion+ research enterprise. You can read more about Sponsored Programs and their important work on our website. Good luck and YOU ROCK!!
Finally, I am pleased to tell you that U-M was one of just 14 schools to receive an “A” grade for our COVID-19 dashboard by a team of Yale and Harvard researchers. Our colleagues in Information Quest, in partnership with the School of Public Health and Public Affairs, developed the dashboard. Please join me in congratulating IQ on this terrific accomplishment!
I hope you take the time to celebrate how each of your teams continue to Make Blue Go. Thank you for all you do to keep our campus moving forward.
With much appreciation and gratitude,
