Thank you for participating in the B&F Employee Engagement Survey and for providing invaluable feedback about our workplace culture.
As you’ll see in this year’s results, our work to create a positive and inclusive organization is continuing to make a difference (please see the BFEES 2021 Report). Our overall engagement score is 81%, which is a 2% increase since 2019. I am particularly grateful to see the continued increases in our climate survey scores, particularly in light of the global pandemic we’ve all endured over the last year.
While there is much to celebrate in these survey results, we still have more work to do to create a positive work environment for everyone in B&F, and to more fully realize our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Regardless of the increases in scores, we know that the scores do not necessarily reflect every staff member’s experience. I want you to know that the entire B&F leadership team is committed to identifying ways to continue to improve.
Over the coming months, we will further assess the survey data and work together to develop action plans that are responsive to your feedback. The survey data will also help inform our continued efforts to define the future of work in B&F.
I encourage you to take some time to review the findings in this report, as well as your area-specific report that will be released by the end of next week. Thank you for supporting this process by providing your feedback – together, we can Make Blue Better for you.
