Next Thursday, October 1, MHealthy is hosting an all-virtual version of its annual Be Well at the Big House — bringing more than 20 fun and interactive health and well-being sessions to your house, your office, your campus, or wherever you’re working right now. Most sessions are only 15-30 minutes and each attendee can choose their areas of focus – financial well-being, coping with stress and change, family well-being, nutrition, mental and emotional health, exercise and relaxation, and more. MHealthy Wellness Coordinator Colleen Greene shared that, “While, of course, we would all rather be together in person, MHealthy is excited by the innovative ways we can continue to help folks on their journey to wellness.
