A Message of Gratitude for the HR Customer Care Team

The Shared Services Center HR Customer Care team has been supporting U-M employees throughout the pandemic. They’ve managed more than 73,000 calls over the past 9 months — 11,000 more than what is typical during that period of the time — with fewer staff on call. To recognize their incredible efforts, the SSC created a video message and invited Kevin Hegarty to share his own message of gratitude for the HRCC team.
