Leadership Passport
The B&F Leadership Passport Program is a tool for engagement that will serve as continuity to the It Starts with You program goals. It will provide B&F supervisors with a variety of programs/activities that can be used on their day-to-day activities and as a self development instrument for self improvement and awareness.
The Passport Program is designed to continue to educate B&F supervisors by promoting best practices (Quick Hits) that our own research shows lead to improved employee/customer satisfaction. As an interactive program, the Passport Program supports the B&F Strategic framework goal of Engagement: Listen, Learn, Lead and all of the B&F values. It also continues a focus on across-the-board supervisory development.
The B&F Leadership Passport program integrates the success of the self-directed FY10 and FY11 Diversity Passport educational program with the first year Kick Off of the It Starts With You program. It focuses on the same group of B&F leaders targeted by the FY12 It Starts With You program, approximately 500 leaders within Business and Finance.
