B&F Customer Satisfaction Survey

Business & Finance (B&F) partners with the University community to provide the technical, financial, physical, information and human resource infrastructure essential to being one of the greatest public universities in the world.

One of B&F's four main goals, according to its Strategic Framework, is to be the University's PROVIDER of CHOICE for the U-M services we offer. The Customer Satisfaction Survey is the main metric for this goal.
